Additionally, it extends support to non-Abian students in state and federal-owned tertiary institutions in Abia State, emphasizing the promotion of educational advancement, particularly for the girl-child.

Shanghai Government Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the undergraduate Unubiko Foundation Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Full-time degree students of Abia State Origin or Non-Abians residing in Abia State.
- Full-time Polytechnic Students of Abia State Origin or Non-Abians residing in Abia State.
- Full-time College of Education students of Abia State Origin or Non-Abians residing in Abia State.
- University Category: Minimum CGPA of 4.0 in a 5.0 grade system or equivalent.
- Polytechnic Category: Minimum CGPA of 3.5 in a 4.0 grade system or equivalent.
- College of Education Category: Minimum CGPA of 4.0 in a 5.0 grade system or equivalent.
- Minimum of six O-level credits (including English language and Mathematics) in one sitting.

Beneficiaries of the Unubiko Foundation Scholarship will have their full expenses covered by the foundation.
Required Documents
While applying for the 2024 Unubiko Foundation Scholarship you will be required to submit the following documents;
- Passport photograph (450px by 450px, not more than 200kb)
- School ID card
- Admission Letter
- Birth Certificate (or attestation)
- O’ Level Result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)
- JAMB Result
- Local Government Area Letter of Identification
- Signed School Verification Form
