The Erasmus Mundus EMINEP Scholarship, officially titled the European Master for Industry in Microwave Electronics and Photonics (EMINEP), is a newly funded initiative by the European Union running from September 1, 2023, to October 31, 2029.

The recipient of the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship will receive a generous stipend of 16,800 euros per month for the entirety of the program, which spans a maximum of 24 months.

Required Documents for Erasmus Mundus EMIMEP Scholarship

While applying for the 2026 Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, you will be required to submit the following documents;

  • Complete Application Form
  • Letter of motivation in English – Writing a personal essay to demonstrate the applicant’s motivation and his/her ability to write clearly and concisely;
  • Certified copies of High-School/Secondary school certificate;
  • Certified copies of bachelor’s degree and transcripts until the application date;
  • Copy of passport or ID.
  • CV;
  • Self-declaration of honours about the proof of residence
  • Test report or certificate of English language proficiency.
  • Three reference letters, one of them from a non-academic referee attesting to basic competencies and practical experience.
  • The reference letters shall include any proof of recognition of the referee (LinkedIn ID, Google scholars ID or any proof online).
  • Proofs of employment (employment certificate/ internships) of the last 5 years by the deadline of the student scholarship application.
