University of Kent Burnett Scholarship Details
The DICE MSc Burnett Scholarships have been launched for the academic year 2024/25, offering an exciting opportunity for applicants from Africa’s KAZA region to pursue a Master’s degree in Conservation Science.
This scholarship scheme, made possible by the generous support of the Notsew Orm Sands Foundation, aims to empower individuals with a passion for conservation and environmental stewardship.

- Number of Scholarships: Up to six scholarships are available for the academic year 2024/25, as well as for the subsequent two years.
- Funding Coverage: Successful applicants will receive a fully funded studentship, covering full tuition fees, a monthly stipend, and travel expenses to and from the UK.

University of Kent Burnett Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the postgraduate University of Kent Burnett Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Nationality: Be nationals of, or have official refugee status in, Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, or Zimbabwe.
- Work Experience: Have a minimum of two years of work experience in the conservation sector.
- Education: Possess a good undergraduate degree, with a minimum of a UK 2:1 or equivalent.
- Visa and Language Requirements: Meet the UK Visas and Immigration specifications and University of Kent English language requirements.
