The CIPM Essay Competition is open to all undergraduates and winners are on the line to win the ₦750,000.00 cash prizes, books and resources, as well as a trip to Abuja for the grand ceremony and the organization’s conference.

CIPM is the professional body for human relations in Nigeria, and winners will also be given access to a network of employers within their chosen field and career.

CIPM Essay Competition 2026 Guidelines

The following standards must be met for all submitted to be considered;

  • Length: Not more than 3,000 words
  • Referencing: APA Style (6th Edition)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
  • Documentation: Typed in double line
  • Spacing: MS Word only
  • Plagiarism: Plagiarized content will result in disqualification of the submitted entry
