The Federal Government has announced a new date for CDCFIB recruitment portal into the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board.
The decision to suspend the recruitment exercise was made on Wednesday, July 16, following the crash of the CDCFIB Recruitment Portal (recruitment cdcfib gov ng portal) due to heavy traffic from applicants.

In a statement posted on the official X handle of the board and signed by its secretary, Major General A.M Jubril (Rtd.), the CDCFIB recruitment portal (https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng portal) was suspended temporarily to improve the user experience and efficiency.
Recall that the board had earlier postponed the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire & Immigration Service recruitments from June 26th to July 14th as a result of heavy traffic.

This suspension, according to Major General Jubril, will enable the board’s IT team to assess the CDCFIB recruitment login portal and address all the technical difficulties encountered by applicants.
“This development will ensure that the portal accommodates the high level of applications while guaranteeing a smooth, transparent, and fair recruitment process.
