UGO Fellowship Program Details

The Universal Greening Organization (UGO) Fellowship Program is a flagship youth empowerment initiative that bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-world environmental action.

Rooted in the belief that Africa’s sustainable development must be led by Africans themselves, the fellowship provides a platform for students and graduates to gain hands-on experience, professional exposure, and cross-cultural collaboration opportunities.

Over a 90-day intensive program, fellows participate in six learning modules that combine leadership, sustainability, innovation, and diplomacy.

Following the training phase, fellows take part in an international exchange program hosted in partner countries such as Kenya, Botswana, and Sierra Leone.

This experience allows them to engage with universities, policymakers, and grassroots innovators while fostering Pan-African collaboration and cultural appreciation.
