The FirstBank Technology Academy is a technology talent-development programme established by FirstBank to develop a pipeline of professionals for the Bank’s technology functions.

FirstBank’s corporate reporting describes the Academy as a strategic initiative created to meet the Bank’s growing information-technology staffing requirements and build technology talent to support its digital agenda.
