Government of Mauritius Africa Scholarship Details
The Government of Mauritius is awarding scholarships to deserving students who are resident citizens of member states of the African Union or African Commonwealth countries.
The Scholarship will support successful candidates in meeting their tuition fees and in contributing to their living expenses during their studies in Mauritius.
Government of Mauritius Africa Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for this esteemed scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age Criteria: For undergraduate programs, applicants should be above 18 years old and not have reached their 26th birthday by January 1, 2027.
For MPhil/PhD programs, the age limit is 40 years by January 1, 2027.
Program Application: Applicants must have applied for a full-time on-campus program (Diploma, Degree, MPhil, or PhD) at a public Higher Education Institution in Mauritius for the academic year starting in 2026.
Duration: The scholarship will be for a maximum duration as indicated in the guidelines or the minimum course duration, whichever is lesser.
