CUI Scholarships Requirements

To be eligible for the COMSATS University Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Possess 16 years degree in the relevant field
  • NTS GAT (General) with minimum 50 score or departmental test
  • CGPA 2.5/4 [semester system) or not less than 60% in annual system
  • IELTS minimum 6.0 band or TOEFL Internet CGPA of 3.0/4.0 (under semester system) or based test overall minimum score 70 or English language proficiency certificate from the last attended institution.

  • 18 years of education (MS/M.Phil with Thesis or not less or its equivalent degree with Thesis), in the relevant field (PhD)
  • CGPA of 3.0/4.0 (under semester system) or70% marks (under conventional system) with na third division (annual system) or ‘D’ grade (semester system) throughout the academic career
  • NTS AT (subject) with minimiin 60 scure or departmental test

Required Documents for COMSATS University Scholarship

While applying for the COMSATS University Scholarship 2026, you will be required to submit the following documents;

  • Statement of purpose or Research plan
  • All academic Certificates and detailed marks sheets (clearly scanned and translated in English where required)
  • Scan of valid passport (must be valid for at least two years or the duration of program)
  • Latest passport size photographs with this background
  • Evidence showing proficiency in English Language Le. IELTS/TOEFL/English proficiency certificate from the last attended institution
