The Bridge Fellowship Program is Nigeria’s most prestigious leadership fellowship for developing leaders of tomorrow.
The Bridge Program experience stands out from the traditional school due to its holistic approach. While traditional schooling often focuses on theoretical knowledge, The Bridge Program combines practical skills, leadership development, and real-world experiences.
Unlike other boot camps, it fosters a sense of community and lifelong learning, offering a platform for deep connections and continuous growth.
Bridge Fellowship Program Benefits
The one-year active free fellowship starts with a residential boot camp in August followed by year-long leadership training.

Bridge Fellowship Program Requirements
To be eligible for the undergraduate Bridge Fellowship Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
Applicants must be a student of a Nigerian university or polytechnic
- Applicant must demonstrate leadership quality
- Throughout the entire admissions process, we evaluate how you think, how you lead, how you see the world, and how audacious you are.
- The program comprises fellows from multifaceted backgrounds ranging across disciplines – Law, Engineering, Social Sciences, Medicine, and Pure Sciences, to name just a few.
