Scholarships will be awarded on an overall assessment of the merit and promise of the candidate, including their financial circumstances this is a highly competitive scholarship for limited places and no late applications will be accepted.

GCU Postgraduate Ambassador Scholarship Requirements

To be eligible for the GCU Postgraduate Ambassador Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Must hold an unconditional offer of study with GCU before applying or the application will be rejected
  • You must be able to cover your living costs in line with the UKVI requirements when applying for a visa
  • All awards are non-transferable to any other course or academic session if you are awarded the scholarship
  • Only applicants on a full-time, taught postgraduate master’s course are eligible to apply

  • Applicant has a strong academic profile
  • Preference will be given to applicants with an undergraduate degree qualification Uk equivalent of First Class Honours 70% and above or Upper Second-Class Honours: 60–70%

  • Applicant has demonstrated financial need
  • Applicant has clearly outlined how the programme fits with their future ambitions and goals
