Bridge Fellowship Program Details

The Bridge Fellowship Program is Nigeria’s most prestigious leadership fellowship for developing leaders of tomorrow.

This one-year active free fellowship kicks off with a residential bootcamp between July and August followed by year long leadership training through a mix of self-paced learning, interactive and experiential simulations, real-life experiences and portfolio building. At the end, you submerge into an active alumni network which you can leverage for life-long learning and support.

The Bridge Program experience stands out from the traditional school due to its holistic approach. While traditional schooling often focuses on theoretical knowledge, The Bridge Program combines practical skills, leadership development, and real-world experiences.

The bridge will be having two stages of applications this year, with 70% of the accepted candidates coming from the first round and 30% from the second.

The applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the application period. This means that the sooner you apply, the earlier you will hear back from us about the status of your application and progress to subsequent rounds.

Bridge Fellowship Program Benefits

Bridge Fellowship Program Requirements

To be eligible for the undergraduate Bridge Fellowship Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Applicants must be a student of a Nigerian university or polytechnic

  • Applicant must demonstrate leadership quality
  • Throughout the entire admissions process, we evaluate how you think, how you lead, how you see the world, and how audacious you are.
  • The program comprises fellows from multifaceted backgrounds ranging across disciplines – Law, Engineering, Social Sciences, Medicine, and Pure Sciences, to name just a few.
