Scholarship Details
The Executive Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq, has through the Kwara State Government Scholarship Board, approved the payment of fuel subsidy removal palliative in cash to undergraduate students of Kwara State origin in public-owned tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
The board amidst all other activities have the mandate to award state scholarship to indigenes/merit students across the public tertiary Institutions in Nigeria, disburse bursary award (Annual Stipend) to Kwara indigenes in all public Tertiary Institutions across the country, and coordinate interview and nomination of Federal scholarship awards.
Scholarship Requirements
All candidates registering for the 2023 Kwara State Government Subsidy Palliative must meet the following requirements;
- Be an indigene of Kwara State
- Be studying in a public tertiary institution in Nigeria (University, Polytechnic, College of Education)
- Possess a citizenship certificate
- submit the formal application online on the Scholarship Board’s portal
