The World Economic Forum, committed to improving the state of the world, is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation, with a goal of – digitally and physically – to address industry, regional, and systemic issues.
The World Economic Forum Early Career Program believes that talents are an essential and vibrant part of our Organization.
Through our Early Career Programme, we welcome young professionals with a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, skills, and experiences.
World Economic Forum Early Career Program Benefits
- Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office
- We will accommodate start dates between September 1st to October 15th 2023
- Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4’400.- (salary: CHF 4’050- plus health benefits: CHF 350-)
- All required technological equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and accesses
- Minimal travel support

World Economic Forum WEF Early Career Program Requirements
To be eligible for the World Economic Forum WEF Early Career Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Interest and experience in programme and project management, leadership development and community management
- Experience writing for a professional audience and digital publishing and/or content creation.
- Perfect command of verbal and written English; with excellent professional writing skills in English
- Digital native comfortable with a variety of collaboration tools, proficient in MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM software (database management experience an asset).
