UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 Details
The UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship aims to enable and encourage international students from low-income backgrounds to pursue full-time Undergraduate degree studies at the University College London.
The UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship provides 10 awards of full tuition fees and maintenance allowance, and 20 awards of full tuition fees only.
UCL is ranked 9th in the 2025 QS World University Rankings and was rated 2nd in the UK for research power in the Research Excellence Framework 2021. Apply now and benefit from this scholarship today!
UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 Benefits
Up to 33 scholarships will be offered in 2025/26, including:
- 10 scholarships covering full tuition fees, a maintenance allowance and a fixed allowance for additional costs (e.g. Immigration Health Surcharge and visa fees). The exact amounts for the maintenance and fixed allowances will be confirmed at a later date.
- 23 scholarships covering full tuition fees only.
- 3 scholarships covering full tuition fees specifically for students from India.
The scholarship is valid for the standard duration of the undergraduate programme.

UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 Requirements
To be eligible for the undergraduate UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- be eligible to pay the overseas tuition fee rate;
- come from a low income background*;
- AND have submitted an admission application for a full-time Undergraduate degree at UCL in 2025/26.

To apply for the UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship, follow the instructions we have outlined below;

- To be eligible for this scholarship, you don’t need an offer of admission, but you must have your fee status confirmed by UCL Admissions. This can happen shortly after applying or just before an offer is made.

- In the application screen, click on the ‘Funding’ in the menu at the top of the page.

- Click on the scholarship name of the scheme that you wish to apply for.
