To be considered for the 2026 traineeship, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
- Have BSc or HND from a reputable university.
- For the Graduate Trainee and Management Trainee tracks, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have a minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit, as applicable.
- Not more than 28 years old.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and learning abilities is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant digital tools.
