Switzerland Ashesi-ETH Masters Scholarship Details

The Ashesi-ETH Master in Mechatronic Engineering Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded, 3-year program for African students, offering a dual degree (Master of Advanced Studies from ETH Zurich and Master of Science from Ashesi University). 

Since January 2022, Ashesi University in Ghana and ETH Zurich have been offering a joint Ashesi-ETH Master’s in Mechatronic Engineering Scholarship. 40 students from 7 African countries are currently studying at Ashesi University. 

The programme is delivered in block courses developed and taught in tandem by faculty from both universities in Switzerland and Ghana. 

The programme is founded on a strong partnership between Ashesi University, ETH Zurich, industry, and supporting partners. This collaboration is maintained through regular visits and exchanges.

It covers full tuition, living expenses, and travel, focusing on automation and robotics

Switzerland Ashesi-ETH Masters Scholarship 2026 Requirements

To be eligible for the Ashesi-ETH Masters Scholarship 2026, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Be African
  • Have a BSc or MSc in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Mechanical, Process and Mechatronics Engineering
  • Have a grade of Second Class Upper or better
  • Demonstrate Proficiency in English
