- Monthly Living Allowance: 10,000 Baht for master’s students and 15,000 Baht for Ph.D. students

SIIT Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the SIIT Scholarship , applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Hold a Bachelors degree
- Be a Thai or a foreign citizen
- Be proficient in Thai or English.
- Possess a CGPA of 2.75 for Masters or 3.00 for PhD applicants
Required Documents
While applying for the 2024 SIIT Scholarship , you will be required to submit the following documents;
- Statement of Purpose (At least one page)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
- Official Transcript or Current Transcript
- Bachelor’s Degree Transcript with a minimum GPA of 2.75
- Bachelor’s Degree Transcript and Master’s Degree Transcript with a GPA of 3.50
- Citizen ID Card or Passport
- Research Papers, Publications, or Certificates (if any)
- Recent Photograph (1 × 1.5-inch size in jpeg format)
- Certificate of English Proficiency Test (if available)
Note: Applicants can apply online even without a certificate of English proficiency test.
