SEND is hiring graduate trainees into a six-month rotational program across our Operations, Customer Experience, and Commercial departments.

Your first month will be entirely in a classroom, learning the fundamentals of supply chain and logistics, how SEND works, and completing a series of tests and tasks. In months 2 through 4, you will work in customer care experience and supply chain operations departments. In month 5, you will sell to customers, building on what you’ve already learned from working directly with them throughout your rotations.

By month 6, we will place you in a department where we think you are strongest based on your performance, while also taking your preferences into account.

Strong performers are confirmed in a substantive role after 6 months. Reviews will be monthly, and you will most likely know where you stand by month four.

This role is 100% on-site in Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.
