To be considered for the RoadLamp Engineering Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Must have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
  • Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
