Available Programmes for Hilton Graduate Engineering Development Programme
The PACE Graduate program occurs in two phases;
- The first phase is a 9-month duration with a mix of competency and skills development enhancing the participant’s technical and competency skills.
- The second phase is a 15-month duration consisting of 80% technical and 20% administrative learnings to strengthen technical, administrative, and managerial skills in the day-to-day engineering operations.
Hilton Graduate Engineering Development Programme 2025 Requirements
To be eligible for the Hilton Graduate Engineering Development Programme, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Have a strong sense of alignment with Hilton’s culture and values.
- Have completed a Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering related Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent by the start of the programme.
- Show fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Demonstrate eligibility to work anywhere within Nigeria.
- Have full mobility across Nigeria, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton.
- Be mobile across the MEA region after completing the programme.
- Be available to start full-time employment as of the 1st of September 2025.
- Have the “PACE” and desire to embark on a pathway to accelerate your career to become a future engineering leader.
