To qualify for the OSF Scholarship, aspiring candidates need to meet specific eligibility criteria. Here’s a breakdown of the key requirements:

Geographical Eligibility:
- The applicant must hail from the Niger Delta region, primarily Delta, Edo, or Ondo states.

Exceptional Academic Performance:
- Candidates from outside the Niger Delta states can still apply if they showcase extraordinary academic achievements, with a CGPA of no less than 4.0 on a 5-point scale.
- School results should be readily available upon request.

- Applicants must be pursuing studies in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

- Candidate should have secured admission for the academic year 2024-2025 into a Nigerian public university or be in Year 1 or Year 2 in a Nigerian public university.
