Participating Universities for NIPES Scholarship 2026

Students from accredited Nigerian tertiary tertiary institutions (universities and polytechnics) are encouraged to apply.

2026 NIPES Scholarship Requirements

To be eligible for the undergraduate NIPES Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited higher institution.
  • Studying science or engineering-related courses.
  • Open to students in 100-level and above.
  • Mandatory: Applicants must complete at least one free NIPES online course and explain the skills learned in their personal statement.

Priority Consideration:
NIPES student members will be given priority in the selection process. Non-members are encouraged to join NIPES to enhance their chances of selection.

  • As part of the application process, you are required to enroll in and complete one of NIPES’s free online courses. These courses are designed to develop practical skills in engineering and science.

  • Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you must reference in your personal statement.
