Participating Universities for NIPES Scholarship 2025
Students from accredited Nigerian tertiary tertiary institutions (universities and polytechnics) are encouraged to apply.
2025 NIPES Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the undergraduate NIPES Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited higher institution.
- Studying science or engineering-related courses.
- Open to students in 100-level and above.
- Mandatory: Applicants must complete at least one free NIPES online course and explain the skills learned in their personal statement.
Priority Consideration:
NIPES student members will be given priority in the selection process. Non-members are encouraged to join NIPES to enhance their chances of selection.
Candidates will be evaluated based on:
- NIPES student membership status.
- Quality and content of the personal statement.
- Demonstrated passion for engineering/science.
- Completion of a NIPES course and explanation of learned skills.
- Alignment with NIPES values and mission.

How To Apply for NIPES Engineering and Science Scholarship 2025

As part of the application process, you are required to enroll in and complete one of NIPES’s free online courses. These courses are designed to develop practical skills in engineering and science.
Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you must reference in your personal statement.
