Newcross Graduate Trainee Program 2026 Details

Newcross Petroleum Limited is an emerging indigenous company with investment and operating interests in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.

Newcross’ goal is to provide sustainable solutions to the energy challenges of Nigeria and use its operational success in the country as a springboard into the international arena, starting with the Sub-Saharan African markets.

The Graduate Traineeship is a 12 to 18-month structured development scheme that offers hands-on live projects, cross-functional rotations, and coaching.

Newcross Graduate Trainee Program Requirements

To be considered for the 2026 Trainee, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution with a minimum of a second class upper degree
• Applicants must not be older than 30 years as at the time of application
• Applicants must have 0 to 2 years of work experience
• Applicants must have completed NYSC at the time of application.
• Applicants must be digitally proficient and ready to work across various field and operational locations
• Only candidates who provide complete and accurate information will be considered.
