Responsibilities
As an intern, you will be integrated into one of the product or research teams, including Equities, Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, Equity Research, or Economy & Strategy. Daily responsibilities may involve:
- Assisting sales and trading professionals in analyzing client portfolios and executing strategies.
- Monitoring live financial market activity and preparing concise market summaries.
- Supporting data management tasks such as database maintenance and accuracy checks.
- Conducting valuations, risk analysis, and financial modelling using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborating on team projects that demand creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
Requirements for National Bank Canada Internship
