The MultiChoice Talent Factory Academy Program aims to train young individuals from all over Africa in the digital skills of content creation and filmmaking.
The MultiChoice Talent Factory Program is a 12-month long industry readiness program that affords the opportunity to learn from some of the leading players in TV and Film while acquiring valuable experience in directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, direction and many more other skills.

MultiChoice Talent Factory Program 2025 Requirements
To be eligible for the MultiChoice Talent Factory Program 2025, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Have a college/university qualification? (Preferably experience in the Film Industry)Yes
- Be between the ages of 21 – 26 years old
Required Documents
While applying for the MultiChoice Talent Factory Program 2025, you will be required to submit the following documents;
- Your CV – not more than 2 pages
- Personal Motivation letter of not more than 200 -300 words (why should you be chosen)
- Copy of Identification
- Copy of High School certificate
- Copy of College/University qualification
- Please add COVID-19 Vaccine Certifi
