Responsibilities of Trainees for Mantrac Nigeria Graduate Trainee Program
The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for:
- Assist with disassembling and assembling engines/components
- Support maintenance and inspection activities
- Clean and inspect parts and equipment surfaces
- Arrange and maintain tools and workshop equipment
- Support engineers during repairs and overhauls
- Participate in testing and performance inspections
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities
- Support field service and maintenance operations
- Maintain safe and organized work environments
- Prepare spare parts requests after inspections
Mantrac Nigeria Graduate Trainee Program Requirements
To be eligible for the Mantrac Nigeria Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- hold a B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- HND holders may also apply where applicable
- MBA/M.Sc is an added advantage
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Fresh graduates or candidates with not more than 3 years experience
- Strong willingness to learn and build technical career
