The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month talent development programme designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical experience to build successful careers within Africa’s private sector.

Driven by Heirs Academy, the Corporate University of Heirs Holdings, the programme combines a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp with a five-month in-company deployment, giving the HH Graduate Trainees a strong foundation in business fundamentals alongside hands-on experience across the Group’s portfolio companies.

Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees are placed within the Heirs Holdings Group, providing an opportunity to begin their careers within a leading pan-African investment group.

To be considered for the 2026 HH Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) degree.
  • Must have completed the NYSC programme.
  • Must be a maximum of 27 years old at the time of application.
  • Must be willing to complete the six-month programme.
  • Strong interest in building a career within Africa’s private sector.
  • Ability to learn, collaborate and contribute to real business projects.
