The Graduate Trainees will be responsible for:

Human Capital Partners Graduate Analysts Program Requirements

To be eligible for the Human Capital Partners Graduate Analysts Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

• A minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Business Administration, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Honours).
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience (including internships or NYSC).
• Must not be above 28 years

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A passion for learning, innovation, teamwork, and delivering excellence.
• CIPM certification or evidence of ongoing certification will be an added advantage.
