To be eligible for the GTBank Entry Level Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Five (5) O ’Level credits, including English and Mathematics
- Age limit: 26 years or younger
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

The GTBank Entry Level Salary is between ₦325,000 and ₦433,000 per month for tech and non-tech roles respectively including a quarterly bonus of ₦135,000.
