The Technical Trainee Programme 2.0 is its commitment to closing Nigeria’s engineering skills gap — training HND graduates on live projects, under the mentorship of the professionals who’ve built and maintained the plants powering our industries.

Over the course of the programme, you’ll move from classroom fundamentals to site-based execution, with structured learning, real deliverables, and a clear path to a full-time role.

Greenpeg Technical Trainee Programme Requirements

To be considered for the 2026 traineeship, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Completed NYSC or holds a valid exemption certificate
• HND from a recognised institution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills
• Willingness to learn, take direction and work collaboratively
• Meet the specific criteria for your chosen track

• Graduate Mechanical / Piping Engineer: Design, drawings and site execution.
