Google DeepMind Scholarship at IIT Details
ITU Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Applied Research Center (ITU AI) and Google DeepMind are excited to announce Google DeepMind Scholarships for the Fall 2024-2025 Term.Â
At ITU Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Application and Research Center, our main mission is to build and improve the capacity of knowledge and human resources in artificial intelligence and data sciences relying on envisioned advances along three venues:
- Research and Development in AI;
- Product Development Know-How in AI;
- AI Education.

- Duration: Scholarship lasts 4 semesters for the M.Sc. program.
- Stipend: Scholarship offers a monthly stipend of 1000 USD.
- Equipment: Scholarship offers a one-off equipment grant of 1500 USD.
- Travel: Scholarship offers an annual academic travel grant of 2250 USD.
- Mentorship: Each recipient will be matched with a researcher from Google DeepMind to receive mentorship on personal career development in the field of AI.

For the 2024/25 academic session, the Google DeepMind Scholarship at IIT will accept applications to the following programmes;

- Mathematics
- Game and Interaction Technologies
- Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering
Google DeepMind Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the Google DeepMind Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Identify as female.
- Be a Turkish or international citizen.
- The scholarship is exclusive to students who are admitted to one of the eligible M.Sc. programs in ITU for the Fall 2024-2025 term.
Required Documents for Google DeepMind Scholarship at IIT
While applying for the 2024 Google DeepMind Scholarship at IIT, you will be required to submit the following documents;
- CV and academic transcript of the applicant.
- A statement of purpose that details the candidate’s previous research experience in AI, along with the future research objectives for their graduate studies.
- Three reference letters.
