Google BOLD Internship Details
Google welcomes applications from candidates from all backgrounds regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability status, or any other dimension of diversity to apply for the BOLD Internship Program.
The Building Opportunities for Leadership and Development (BOLD) Internship Program is a paid summer internship for undergraduate college students that are interested in working in non-technical career opportunities at Google.
This internship program is intended for students that are in their penultimate year of a Bachelor’s degree program (depending on their program and unique circumstances).
The BOLD Internship application for Summer of 2025 will open on September 30th, 2024 and close on October 18th, 2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT).
2025 Google BOLD Internship Program Benefits
- The Google BOLD Internship Program is a paid summer internship for undergraduate college students
- BOLD interns are placed on teams across the company in fields of work including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Program Management.
- Their work is core to Google and varies in scope and in length – ranging from the day-to-day core work of a full-time Googler to a single long-term project lasting the duration of the internship.
- BOLD interns also participate in targeted training and experiences and have the opportunity to take advantage of the learning and development programs and support systems that Google offers.
- This includes 1:1 mentorship, a unique speaker series with company leadership, custom learning and development sessions, and opportunities to create community.

Google BOLD Undergraduate Internship Requirements
To be eligible for the undergraduate Google BOLD Undergraduate Internship Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program.
Preferred qualifications:
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and returning to a full-time Bachelor’s degree program after completion of the internship.
- Have the ability to complete a full-time, consecutive 12-week internship between May and August or June and September 2025 (exact program dates will be provided at a later point in the process).
- Show passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Demonstrate interest in the technology industry, taking on business problems, and Google’s business.
- Have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to communicate in English fluently so as to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication globally.
