The Gbemiga Abiodun Foundation (GAF) supports young people across Ogun State through education, career development, and human capacity programmes that unlock their potential and transform their lives.

The Gbemiga Abiodun Education Support Programme is an initiative by Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun and his family in memory of late son Gbemiga Abiodun.

It provides scholarships and bursaries to indigent students across primary, secondary, technical, and tertiary institutions in Ogun State, focusing heavily on the Remo Federal Constituency (Ikenne, Remo North, and Sagamu)

To be considered for the 2026 award, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Be a resident of Ogun State
  • Fall within the age range of 6 to 25 years.
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Must maintain a solid performance grade (at least 70% or a minimum CGPA of 3.5 for tertiary levels, where applicable).
  • Applicants are generally required to possess a personal account with a commercial bank
  • Commit to active participation
