The 2026 FRSC recruitment exercise is designed to strengthen the Nigeria Road Safety Corps’ workforce by recruiting qualified Nigerians into various operational and administrative positions.
This recruitment accommodates applicants with qualifications ranging from SSCE certificates to university degrees, depending on the cadre being applied for.

1. Officer Cadre
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Exemption.
2. Officer (MBBS) Cadre
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate.
3. Marshal Inspector Cadre
Depending on the position, applicants may require:
- National Diploma (ND)
- Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE)
- Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM)
- Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
- Medical Laboratory Technician qualification
- Pharmacy Technician qualification

- Radiography or other approved medical qualifications.
4. Road Marshal Assistant Cadre
Applicants may apply with:
- Five SSCE credits (including English Language and Mathematics) for Road Marshal Assistant II.
- Three SSCE credits, including English Language, for Road Marshal Assistant III.
- Four SSCE passes plus relevant Trade Test or professional certificates for Artisans and Tradesmen.
- Drivers and riders must possess the appropriate valid driver’s licence.
