Application Requirements

Ewgis invites high school juniors to college juniors with majors or intended majors in specified STEM disciplines.
While a preferred GPA of at least 3.0 is encouraged for mentee applicants, it is not mandatory.
Commitment to 4 hours of independent work on the project and 2 hours of weekly meetings with mentors for a total of 6 hours per week over 2 months is expected.

Priority given to applicants from low-income families
Selection based on demonstrated motivation and compatibility
Decisions made by the Girls in STEM team are final
