Required Documents for Erasmus Mundus GLOCAL Scholarship

5While applying for the 2025 Erasmus Mundus GLOCAL Scholarships, you will be required to submit the following documents;

  • Online application through the University of Glasgow’s system.
  • Degree certificate, academic transcripts, and English language proficiency proof.
  • Passport scan, CV, and GLOCAL Application Form.
  • Two supporting reference letters.

How To Apply for Erasmus Mundus GLOCAL Scholarship 2026

To be eligible for a GLOCAL Erasmus Mundus Scholarship,

  • You must first apply for and have a conditional or unconditional offer from the University of Glasgow.
  • The deadline for the application for the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship is 8 January 2026.
  • Applicants must submit all required documents, as outlined in the application form, by the application deadline.
  • If your offer status is ‘holding for documents’ at the scholarship application deadline, then you will not be considered for a scholarship.
  • In addition, applicants must not have previously received an EMJM scholarship.
  • After this deadline, the GLOCAL consortium will review and rank all scholarship applications, with scholarships being offered to top-ranking applicants.
  • A reserve list will be kept, based on ranking, and the first eligible reserve candidate will be contacted should an original scholarship awardee withdraw.

NB: You make your application to both the programme and the Erasmus Mundus scholarship as one application through the University of Glasgow’s online application system. You do not have to make separate applications for the programme and the scholarship.
