To be eligible for the undergraduate East Tennesse State University Merit Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Be an international student
  • Apply for admission to an undergraduate or a graduate program at ETSU
  • Meet the admission requirements of the university
  • Meet the English Language requirements of the university
  • Be admitted to ETSU as a degree-seeking student.
  • Have, or plan to have, an F-1 or J-1 student visa

    • Freshman Applicants – 3.0 GPA in High School
