To be considered for the 2026 DESOPADEC Scholarship and Bursary, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Be an indigene of Ijaw, Itsekiri, Urhobo, Ika, Isoko, or Ndokwa ethnic groups.
• Be a full-time undergraduate in a Nigerian University or Polytechnic.
• Be in 200 level or above at the time of application.
• Not be a part-time, pre-degree, or postgraduate student.
