The Dell Technologies STEM Aspire Mentorship Pogram is a female mentorship program connecting 2nd-year college students to mentors within Dell Technologies.
The Dell Technologies Aspire Mentorship aims to encourage and empower enthusiastic students studying STEM-based degrees to have rewarding careers in the technology sector.
Dell Technologies Aspire Mentorship Benefits
As a selected participant of the 2025 Dell Technologies Aspire Mentorship Program, you will enjoy the following benefits;
- Opportunity to work with a mentor and engage in frequent 1-to-1 meetings whereby you can further enhance your understanding of the IT industry and gain insight into your mentors’ career/role.
- Acquire an understanding of technical careers in Dell Technologies.Â
- Opportunity to meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies and fellow mentees.Â
- Preparation for intern and graduate applications (e.g., CV and Interview Preparation, LinkedIn presence, etc).

Dell Technologies Aspire Mentorship Requirements
To be eligible for the Dell Technologies Aspire Mentorship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be studying a STEM courseÂ
- Be in your second year of college studies
- Be a female
What is expected from me?
Engagement with your mentor at least once a month (virtually or in person, to be decided by each mentee/mentor pair)
Participation in events run by the programme, including on-site events at our Dell offices (there will be 3-4 events throughout the year)
