CLA Foundation Scholarship Program Details

The CLA Foundation Opportunity Scholarship Program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals.

Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.

The CLA Foundation Opportunity Scholarship Program seeks to identify and award America’s future leaders in finance, accounting, business and other emerging areas of study.

Recipients will receive a one-time $15,000 scholarship to support their continuing undergraduate or graduate studies.

2026 CLA Foundation Scholarship Program Requirements

To be eligible for the 2026 CLA Foundation Scholarship Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Be high school seniors, high school graduates, current college undergraduates or graduate level students in the United States (U.S.) who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or graduate school for the entire upcoming academic year.
  • Be planning to pursue a degree in an industry related area of study related to CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP).

  • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)

Interns (current or during the academic year) at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) or the CLA Foundation; CLA employees; immediate family members of CLA employees (including, but not limited to spouses/partners and grandchildren); and children of CLA employees, officers, and executives are not eligible.

2026 CLA Foundation Scholarship Program Required Documents

While applying for the 2026 CLA Foundation Scholarship Program, you will be required to submit the following documents;

  • A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
    • Student name
    • School name
    • Grades
    • Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
  • An online recommendation
  • SAT or ACT test scores
