The CIPM Essay Competition is open to all undergraduates and winners are on the line to win the N300,000.00 cash prize, books and resources, as well as a trip to Abuja for the grand ceremony and the organization’s conference.
CIPM is the professional body for Human Relations in Nigeria, and winners will also be given access to a network of employers within their career and chosen field.

CIPM Essay Competition Guidelines
The following standards must be met for all submitted to be considered;
- Length: Not more than 3,000 words
- Referencing: APA Style (6th Edition)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
- Documentation: Typed in double line
- Spacing: MS Word only
- Plagiarism: Plagiarized content will result in disqualification of the submitted entry
