Bond University HDR Scholarship Details

The Bond University offers several scholarships for fully funded higher degree research in Doctor of Philosophy and Professional Doctorate of Occupational Therapy.

Bond University values its higher degree research student cohort and provides a substantial level of direct financial support to many students. Bond University allocates funds to support the financial costs of fee offset (waiver) and living stipends.

A limited number of scholarships are available to domestic and overseas doctoral students who wish to continue their education through a Higher Degree Research (HDR) PhD program. The Bond University Postgraduate Research Scholarship (BUPRS) is awarded through a competitive application process.

The Bond University Postgraduate Research Scholarship offers the following benefits;

  • full tuition fees waiver
  • stipend rate for both scholarship categories will be $34,315 per annum (indexed annually) for a duration of 3 years.

Bond University HDR Scholarship Requirements

To be eligible for the Bond University HDR Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • If you have previously applied for a Higher Degree Scholarship at Bond University and were unsuccessful, you may submit one additional application for scholarship, outlining your change in circumstances. Applicants who are unsuccessful in their second application are ineligible to apply for future scholarship rounds.

Bond University HDR Scholarship 2027 Required Documents

While applying for the Bond University HDR Scholarship, you will be required to submit the following documents;

  • Research Project Proposal
  • Academic Transcripts including the results/grades awarded, information on institution grading systems/scales, and evidence of completion
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) Please include any research publications and conference presentations
  • Prize and Award Certificates
  • Two referee reports
