To be eligible for the Binance Tech Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- a Binance user from Sub-Saharan Africa who has completed identity verification

- Republic of the Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger,
