Lafarge Cement Graduate Trainee Program Requirements
To be eligible for the Lafarge Cement Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:
- be recent university graduates with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in:
- Engineering
- Finance
- Business Management
- Possess a grade of minimum of second-class lower division
- Have a maximum 0-2 years work experience
- Demonstrate strong academic performance and a genuine passion for the industry or field of interest.
- Be excellent in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning.
- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace challenges and new experiences.
