- Be pursuing an undergraduate degree in any Nigerian tertiary institution (university)
- Be in 200 or 300L of undergraduate study
- Demonstrate commitment to study, and academic excellence

- A curriculum Vitae
- An essay on leadership, volunteering and socio-economic experience (750 words) on any of the following;
- Participation in volunteering and/or service
- Participation in positions of leadership, facilitation of change, or mentoring others.
- Breaking down social, economic, educational, and physical barriers.
