The Phronesis Global Leadership Group Essay Competition is an annual national competition that focuses on questions around young leadership, mentorship, innovation, values, ethics and impact.
Participants are expected to choose one of the three topics provided and submit an original essay within the required word limit.

Entry Requirements for Phronesis Global Leadership Group Essay Competition
Participants must follow the competition’s formatting and submission requirements:
- The essays must be original, unpublished and written solely by the participant.
- The essay must contain between 1,000 and 1,500 words. The title page and references are excluded from the word count.
- Essays should be typed using Times New Roman, size 12-point font, Line Spacing 1.5 and 1 inch on all sides
- The completed essay must be submitted in PDF format
- The essay mus be properly referenced using APA 7th Edition referencing style.
- Your full name, institution, phone number and email are on a separate cover page.
