It offers two major early-career pathways designed to prepare students and recent graduates for successful careers in technology, consulting, business, finance, engineering, marketing, and other professional fields.

The Internship Program gives current university students practical experience by working on real business projects while collaborating with experienced professionals.

The launch program is an 18-month graduate development program designed for recent Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates. Participants receive structured learning, mentorship, networking opportunities, and meaningful work assignments to accelerate their careers

Mastercard Launch Program Requirements

To be eligible for the Mastercard Internship Programs, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Looking for students that will graduate in the end of 2027 (so can potentially be full time employees/trainees in 2028), Internship is of 1 year
  • Evidence of strong academics
  • Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking
  • Ability to partner across the organization
  • Sound communication skills

Mastercard Launch Program Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with a graduation date between August 2025 – Dec 2026;
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement;
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities;
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;
  • Particularly for Performance Analytics or Business Experimentation tracks, experience using data analysis or querying tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau) is an asset;
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
