To be eligible for the Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be a bonafide indigene of Niger East Senatorial District, comprising the following Local Government Areas:
- Bosso
- Chanchaga
- Gurara
- Munya
- Paikoro
- Rafi
- Shiroro
- Suleja
- Tafa
- Be between 18 and 22 years of age at the time of application
- Possess a minimum of Seven (7) Credits in WAEC or NECO, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Present 2025 WAEC or NECO results, in line with Morocco application guidelines.
- Possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
